1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing the website at https://arma-rod.co.uk or engaging Arma-Rod for any drainage, plumbing, or associated services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Provision and Estimates

Arma-Rod provides emergency and scheduled drainage services including but not limited to drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, and structural drain repairs. All quotes and estimates provided verbally or in writing are subject to a site survey. While we strive for accuracy, unexpected ground conditions, hidden pipe collapses, or severe blockages may result in additional necessary work. We will always communicate any required changes to the original estimate before commencing additional billable work.

3. Call-Out Fees and Cancellations

Arma-Rod proudly operates with a No Call-Out Fee policy. You will only be charged for the time our engineers spend on-site resolving your issue or conducting surveys. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of standard labor.

4. Liability and Property Damage

Our engineers are fully insured and carry out all work with the utmost care and professional diligence. However, given the nature of high-pressure water jetting and mechanical root cutting, pre-existing structural weaknesses in aged or degraded pipes may become apparent during cleaning. Arma-Rod shall not be held liable for damage to pipes, property, or landscaping resulting from the necessary application of our equipment to pre-existing fragile infrastructure, unless such damage is caused by proven negligence on our part.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, imagery, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Arma-Rod unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
